Ingredients:
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp tamari or soy sauce (Use Bragg’s Amino Acid’s if Soy
allergy)
2 tsp grated fresh gingerroot
2 tsp ground tumeric
1 tsp organic can sugar crystal
¼ tsp hot pepper flakes
Salad
2 cups baby spinach leaves
2 oranges, sectoned
½ fennel bulk, thinly sliced
½ red onion, thinly sliced
1.) In a salad
bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, tamari, ginger, turmeric, sugar, and pepper
flakes
2.) Add
spinach, oranges, fennel, and red onion to dressing and toss to coat.
